TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONSThe terms "Resort", "Us", or "Our" refer to Chinook Winds Casino Resort and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, its owners and operators.

2. USE OF THE RESORT'S SERVICESBy accessing and using the services offered by Chinook Winds Casino Resort, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONSYou must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal gaming age as required by law) to access or participate in any gaming activities offered at the Resort.

4. ELIGIBILITY TO GAMBLETo gamble at the Resort, you must comply with applicable federal and state laws regulating gambling. You are not permitted to gamble if you have been excluded from gambling or have had your privileges restricted due to problem gaming behavior.

5. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONSYour account may be subject to restrictions for various reasons, including but not limited to, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, failure to meet minimum age requirements, or self-exclusion. Any such action will be communicated to you by Resort staff.

6. DEPOSIT LIMITS AND TIME-OUTSYou are responsible for setting your own deposit limits and may request time-outs from gaming activities at any time. Failure to comply with these limits or requesting additional assistance will result in account restrictions.

7. SELF-EXCLUSION POLICYIf you wish to self-exclude yourself from our services, please contact the Resort's Customer Service Department directly.

8. WAGERING LIMITATIONS AND RULES OF PLAYGaming activities are subject to rules of play, including but not limited to bet limits and game-specific restrictions. Any disputes arising from such rules shall be governed by applicable federal and state laws regulating gaming at our facilities.

9. CHANGING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions may change without notice, so it's your responsibility to periodically review the terms of use available on our website or in written materials provided upon your visit to our Resort.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the Services offered by Chinook Winds Casino Resort.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed according to, the laws of Oregon and any disputes arising from their enforcement will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of state courts in Lane County, OR, without prejudice to applicable federal law.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By accessing or using our services you acknowledge that: (i) You have read these Terms and Conditions; (ii) They are legally binding on you; (iii) Any claim regarding our services must be brought within one (1) year of the alleged incident, after which all claims will lapse.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONIn the event a dispute arises with regards to your account or any gaming activity, Chinook Winds Casino Resort shall not be liable for loss incurred due to miscommunication between customer and service team member(s).

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chinook Winds Casino Resort's liability, including but not limited to that arising from breach of contract, negligence (ordinary, gross), willful misconduct or error on part of its staff or agents is strictly capped at the sum equal to a one night stay in our standard room rate.
